Martins Chinedu Orih – Managing Director

Martins Chinedu Orih is a multi-skilled professional whose career spans across the aviation, rail and oil and gas industries with extensive experience in project management, business development, business analysis and supply chain, product development, customer relations, change management, performance management, sales and marketing.

As Managing Director, Martins has overall responsibility for Strategic Alliances, Corporate Governance, Structuring & Strategy, and implementing business growth strategy through to Visioning for new upstream E & P Projects.

Martins began his career in Lagos with ADC Airlines before moving to Frankfurt Germany to work for Swiss Air. He later moved to the United Kingdom where his career spanned across several UK rail organisations including Transport for London (TfL) before moving to the oil and gas industry. He has established and successfully managed a transport business and a people management consultancy business.

A member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, he is familiar with Energy-domain requirements in Africa, USA and UK, acquired through diverse Oil and Gas conferences, including Offshore Europe. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biological Sciences and a M.Sc. in Economics both from the University of Lagos.

Ayo Oluwashakin – Chief Operating Officer

With over 15 years professional experience, Ayo is well grounded and experienced in upstream oil & gas Procurement Services, Contract Management, Business Development, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management.

Having worked in management positions for various oilfield service companies in Nigeria, Ayo is a seasoned business developer with extensive experience within EP operators in creating and implementing a market entry strategy.

Ayo has delivered various strategic projects in major international organisations and recently worked as a project manager in charge of major projects for a key player in the Nigeria oil and gas industry, delivering projects for Shell, Mobil and Texaco.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ayo is responsible for ensuring that Business Development targets set by the Company are met as well as ensuring the successful delivery of all projects and commitments made to our customers

Ayo has attended several Energy conferences in Africa, USA and UK including Offshore Europe, Offshore Technology Conference Houston, Valve World Conference Germany, and Nigeria Oil & Gas (NOG) and has also attended various courses in the Oil and Gas Industry. Additionally, Ayo has attended several technical training programmes and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Lagos.

Owolabi Oduguwa – Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, Owolabi is responsible for all Financial, Treasury, Settlement and Tax matters. He is also responsible for the supply chain division and plays an active role in company strategy, planning, business development & corporate services.

A Banker with over 15 years experience in the banking industry, Owolabi is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) from IFS School of Finance (UK). An experienced professional with successful track record in service delivery, he has held key positions in the banking industry spanning operations, controls, credit management and corporate banking and brings with him, extensive experience in financial management.

Owolabi is a graduate of Mathematics and Statistics and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Management.

Monsuru Adisa Yinusa – Major Projects Manager

Monsuru’s responsibilities include general planning, monitoring of work efficiency, effecting project charter, overseeing tenders and execution of major projects. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, and he is a member of the Chemical Engineer Register, COREN.

Monosuru’s background includes over 10 years post graduate experience in private and public sector organisations, including the oil and gas industry, delivering various strategic projects. His most recent stakeholder was the Ministry of Rural Affairs in Lagos State – where he was a Project Monitoring Engineer on water treatment project.
